“I have always dreamed about driving in the Cup Series and I am very appreciative of this opportunity that the Bean family has given me,” said Starr. “This all came together rather quickly last week in Daytona and I jumped at the chance. We were also able to secure sponsorship from Allegro Marinade at the last minute. This is really cool and I hope to put on a good performance for Allegro Marinade and BlackJack Racing.”

Starr, who drives the No. 24 Zachry Toyota Tundra full-time, has 216 career starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series with four wins to his credit. He has also made nine starts in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and looks to make his NASCAR Sprint Cup debut this weekend in California.

BlackJack Racing fields the No. 51 Dodge in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series full-time and narrowly missed making the field in the Daytona 500 last week with Kelly Bires behind the wheel. Dexter Bean will make his NASCAR Sprint Cup Series debut next week in Las Vegas and will be behind the wheel for the remainder of
the 2009 season.
